Dr. Stuart Nunnally Tackles Cavities by the Roots at this Year’s Holistic Oral Health Summit

Dr. Stuart Nunnally graduated from The University of Texas Health Science Center Dental School in San Antonio in 1980. He is board certified in naturopathic medicine and integrative biologic dental medicine. Dr. Nunnally is licensed in intravenous conscious sedation and is a member of the American Dental Society of Anesthesiologists. He currently serves as a professor for the Academy of Comprehensive Integrative Medicine and The American College of Integrative Medicine and Dentistry, and frequently lectures on all aspects of dentistry.(1)

Symptoms of toxic mercury left Dr. Nunnally on the verge of collapse, causing him to almost leave the dental profession entirely. Fortunately, Dr. Nunally consulted Dr. Hal Huggin. After removing his own mercury fillings, Dr. Nunnally realized that they were making him metal-toxic.(2)

Dr. Nunnally now manages his own practice, Nunnally, Freeman and Owens in Marble Falls, Texas, where people from around the world fly to in order to have their dental work done. His office is free of mercury and dedicated to the practice of health based dentistry. “You cannot be truly healthy without good oral health!” writes Dr. Nunnaly. His sentiment that will be echoed at this year’s Oral Health Summit.(3)

Dr. Nunnally will tackle cavities by their oral roots at the Holistic Oral Health Summit. His lecture, “Cavitation Dangers: How to Heal Properly,” will highlight the hidden dangers behind cavitation, the best way to properly treat cavitation, and how correctly treating cavitation will improve your health.

“A cavitation is simply an area in the jawbone that has a very poor blood supply and often times the tissue in there has become dead. And, when a nerve becomes inflamed because of a cavitation, it can be an extremely painful event,” Dr. Nunnally notes.

“The reason why we should be concerned about a cavitation in our bone is that these lesions are filled with anaerobic bacteria. And, the anaerobic bacteria are bad enough but what they produce – their toxins – are the biggest concern,” he added.

“And, now that we have had – over the last 15 to 20 years – really good ways to test for these diseased areas, in terms of toxicity and DNA reports, we know that the array of anaerobic bacteria that inhabit a cavitation are extremely potent. And, the toxins have been very well documented to be some of the most potent toxins known to man.”

Cavities are black holes of the mouth. Dr. Nunnally’s lecture will teach you how avoid their gravitational pull. The Holistic Oral Health Summit is set to launch September 28 and will run through October 5, and is available for free online.
