Vitamin D provides more benefits beyond its role in skeletal disorders. A new study published in the journal Nutrition & Metabolism has found that vitamin D can help prevent and treat different liver diseases and cancers.
In conclusion, the findings of the study indicate that the anti-inflammatory and immunoregulatory properties of vitamin D make it a better option for the prevention and treatment of liver illnesses and cancer.
