Massive CDC cover-up under way as “polio-like” illness spreads

Children across the country are dying from what the mainstream media is describing as a “polio-like” illness, and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is doing everything in its power to cover it all up and pretend like nothing is happening.

At least two parents who have lost children to so-called acute flaccid myelitis (AFM), as it’s also called, say that the CDC is acting as though all is well, even as children are becoming paralyzed and losing their lives to the deadly disease.

“I feel like they’re just sugar-coating this,” stated Katie Bustamante, whose six-year-old son Alex died back in May from the condition, during a recent interview panel with CNN. “It eliminates my trust in the CDC.”

Bustamante and the four other women who spoke with CNN gave the CDC a grade of “F” for its handling of the outbreak thus far. Meanwhile, the CDC is blaming a “lag” in reporting on cases of AFM, and at the same time refusing to comment on any of the specific cases in which children have been harmed or killed as a result of the outbreak.

“I think we want to catch up with the backlog,” stated Dr. Anne Schuchat, the principal deputy director of the CDC and 30-year agency veteran. “Even the past week we’ve expanded the number of disease detectives on the program.”

Dr. Schuchat of course denied any wrongdoing on behalf of her agency, insisting that the CDC simply doesn’t understand “all that we need to about this disease and how to best diagnose it.”

“I think it’s very challenging when your child has been through something quite traumatic to not even know what the prognosis is,” she added, ignoring the fact that her agency has been rather quiet in addressing this serious public health threat.

Is acute flaccid myelitis caused by the polio vaccine aggressively pushed by the CDC?

But there’s something else that Dr. Schuchat and the CDC aren’t telling these parents or the public about this AFM outbreak, and it involves the vaccine for polio that the CDC says every child needs to receive as part of the CDC’s official vaccination schedule.

As we reported last year around this time, AFM could very well be a vaccine-caused illness – the consequence of children taking the polio vaccine pushed by the very same CDC that’s trying to pretend as though AFM isn’t all that big of a deal.

Over the past several years, the mainstream media has taken notice that hundreds upon hundreds of children are becoming mysteriously paralyzed by the disease, which does, in fact, have a link to the polio virus found in polio vaccines.

As it turns out, tests revealed that polio-vaccinated children had enterovirus D-68 in their bodies – enterovirus D-68 being a “cousin” of the polio virus that wreaked havoc throughout the earlier part of the 20th century.

Research published in the British Medical Journal (BMJ) admits that, at the very least, a vaccine link to AFM can’t be completely ruled out, despite how the pro-vaccine lobby tries to convince everyone that vaccines are 100 percent safe and effective at all times.

“It is taboo to suggest a role for vaccines, but some old-timers remember ‘provocation poliomyelitis’ or ‘provocation paralysis,'” this study states.

“This is paralytic polio following intramuscular injections, typically with vaccines … If a polio-like virus is circulating in the U.S., the possibility of its provocation by one or more vaccines has to be considered.”
