A new report released by New York Attorney General Letitia James reveals that Gov. Andrew Cuomo and his regime “undercounted” the number of coronavirus-related deaths at nursing homes throughout the state by as much as 50 percent.
An online press release about the 76-page report reveals that James made the discovery while “investigating nursing homes throughout New York state based on allegations of patient neglect and other concerning conduct that may have jeopardized the health and safety of residents and employees.”
Upon probing the matter further, it was then discovered that “a larger number” of nursing home residents died from the Chinese virus than was reported in the New York State Department of Health’s (DOH) published nursing home data.
Many nursing homes also failed to meet basic “compliance with infection control protocols,” which put residents “at increased risk of harm.” It was also discovered that facilities with “lower pre-pandemic staffing ratings had higher COVID-19 fatality rates.”
James is continuing to investigate more than 20 nursing homes throughout the state that throughout the “pandemic” reported conduct deemed to be of “particular concern.”
“As the pandemic and our investigations continue, it is imperative that we understand why the residents of nursing homes in New York unnecessarily suffered at such an alarming rate,” James is quoted as saying.
“While we cannot bring back the individuals we lost to this crisis, this report seeks to offer transparency that the public deserves and to spur increased action to protect our most vulnerable residents.”

The New York Times reported that the Cuomo regime’s nursing home death numbers have been “a source of controversy” for quite some time. Cuomo, however, has been particularly “sensitive” to any suggestion that either he or the state health department played any role in these nursing home deaths, “which the state put at more than 8,500.”
Back in October, Cuomo appeared on The View, Zoom edition, to reinforce his version of what happened, claiming full innocence. According to Cuomo, he is in no way responsible for the many thousands of nursing home deaths that occurred under his watch.
Concerning the order Cuomo issued that forced infected WuFlu patients to be put back into facilities with non-infected patients, Cuomo says this had nothing to do with any of the deaths and that anyone who claims otherwise is spreading a “conspiracy theory.”
“The conspiracy they’re trying to spread just has no factual basis,” Cuomo, brother to fake news guru Chris Cuomo of CNN, told The View.
“But yes, people in nursing homes died, and they’re playing politics with the issue, which I think is especially cruel because people who lost loved ones in a nursing home, they’re dealing with it, and now they also have to deal with the confusion or the pain of maybe government did this.”
The same level of grace that Cuomo gave to himself concerning all this certainly was not afforded to President Donald Trump, who to this day is still being blamed for people dying from Chinese germs.
Even though China Joe has been occupying the White House for a little over a week now, Trump continued to be blamed for not doing enough to keep the mainstream media from scaring everyone with frightening stories about new “cases,” second “waves,” and other such nonsense.
“Fredo’s big brother Fredo Sr. was compelled to falsify the number of deaths in nursing homes because he’s the one who mandated the nursing homes take the Covid patients regardless of the frail and vulnerable conditions of the residents,” wrote one Breitbart News commenter.
“So instead of 8,500 nursing home deaths, it’s actually 17,000.”
