Explosive hearings: Philippine government briefed on the declining birth rate and skyrocketing excess deaths related to COVID vaccines

The Philippine House of Representatives is now actively investigating the surge in excess deaths and the decline in births following the rollout of the COVID-19 vaccines. The Joint House Committees on Public Order and Safety on Human Rights are addressing a 43% rise in mortality rates from 2021-2023, compared to a 2% rise in previous years (2016-2020).

On February 27, 2024, the committee began to have hearings on the excess mortality rates. The spikes in mortality were primarily witnessed, not in 2020 during the “global pandemic,” but during 2021 and 2022, during a global COVID-19 vaccine rollout. This so-called vaccine was a global experiment, based on fraud and implemented with great coercion and force.

The committee identified 260,000 unexplained excess deaths in 2021 and an additional 67,000 in 2022. The committee, chaired by Reps. Dan Fernandez and Bienvenido Abante Jr., are leading the inquiry (House Resolution 1481) based on data from the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA).

Sally Ann Clark, an independent researcher, presented these findings to the committee, noting a correlation between the vaccine rollout and the spike in deaths. She reported a consistent increase in deaths across all vaccinated age groups, suggesting that the vaccines were a major contributor to these excess deaths. Clark’s analysis indicated that nearly half a million excess deaths occurred up to September 2023, accompanied by a decline of nearly one million births during those same years, reflecting a continuous drop-in birth rate since 2019.

“There is no rational explanation for the deaths except the vaccines and the deaths are temporally linked to the vaccines,” Sally Ann Clark wrote on her Substack.

The spike in excess mortality specifically occurred in March of 2021, when the vaccine program was initially rolled out. In July and August of 2021, the spike intensified, correlating with the rollout of the Janssen COVID-19 vaccines. “There was a big spike in deaths exactly concurrent with that,” Clark testified. By 2022, there was still a rise in excess deaths, on average 8-9% greater than the pandemic year of 2020. According to her data, at least a half a million excess deaths occurred across the Philippines since the vaccine rollout, and the problem continues to this day.

The fourth hearing on excess deaths in the Philippines was held on May 28, 2024. The hearings highlighted community concerns about the handling of the situation by the Department of Health. Tanya Karina Lat from LUNAS Pilipinas expressed frustration with the Department of Health’s indifference to the adverse effects of the vaccines, and she emphasized the need for accountability throughout the government and its health agencies.

Speaking to the committee, she said, “There are Filipino people who are sick and tired of how the DOH has let us down, has refused to admit that people are dying. Turning a blind eye to the people who are getting sick, turbo cancers, myocarditis, children who are suddenly sick as if they are 60, 70-year-old people.”

She continued: “Your Honours, we have seen the cavalier attitude of the DOH here over the past five hearings. They don’t care. We look into their eyes. There does not seem to be any sympathy for the people who have died, for the people who are now physically disabled because of these vaccines.”
