On April 8, the Vires Law Group, in partnership with the Former Feds Group Freedom Foundation, submitted formal criminal referral requests to the Attorneys General of Arizona and Pennsylvania. These referrals urge state prosecutors to open criminal investigations into Dr. Anthony Fauci and other prominent public health and government officials for alleged crimes committed during the COVID-19 pandemic. Arizona and Pennsylvania join Florida, Louisiana, Texas, Missouri and Oklahoma in a nationwide coordinated effort to seek justice for victims and their families.
The COVID-19 pandemic, which began in early 2020, has been one of the most significant global health crises in recent history. Dr. Anthony Fauci, as the Director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), was a key figure in the public health response, often appearing alongside government officials to provide guidance and reassurance. However, the pandemic also brought forth a wave of criticism and controversy, with numerous allegations of misconduct and negligence.
The Vires Law Group’s criminal referral requests are based on detailed evidence, including the testimonies of over 80 victims and families. These individuals allege that policies such as lethal hospital protocols, the denial of life-saving treatments, and systemic medical coercion led to widespread injury and death. The legal team asserts that these actions constitute crimes such as murder, assault, reckless endangerment and terrorism.

Similar filings have been submitted in Florida, Louisiana, Texas, Missouri and Oklahoma, marking a coordinated nationwide effort to pursue justice. The legal teams and victims involved assert that accountability must come through state or local prosecution, given the lack of federal action. At the time of the release, two county-level criminal investigations are reportedly already underway in other states.
The COVID-19 pandemic has been marked by significant controversy and debate over public health policies, vaccine mandates and the role of government and health officials. A House Committee report from December 2024 exposed discrepancies in Dr. Fauci’s public statements, including his “6 feet apart” rule, which was found to be baseless. This report, along with the testimonies of victims, has fueled the demand for accountability and justice.
The filing of criminal referral requests in seven states represents a significant national effort to seek justice for those who have suffered during the COVID-19 pandemic. The allegations, if proven, would constitute grave violations of trust and human rights. As the legal process unfolds, the public will be watching closely to see whether these high-profile officials will be held accountable for their actions. The crusade for justice continues, with families and advocates determined to ensure that the truth is brought to light and that those responsible are brought to justice.
