Scott Schara, whose daughter Grace fell victim to hospital homicide, remarked that the American medical system didn’t value people’s lives at the height of the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
He expressed these remarks to Dr. Lee Merritt on the June 7 episode of her Brighteon.TV program “Merritt Medical Hour.” In turn, the former Navy physician and surgeon shared how Scott and his late daughter suffered under this scheme at the Ascension hospital system. According to her, 19-year-old Grace died due to COVID-19 protocols in place in hospitals.
“We went to the emergency room and [the hospital] ultimately admitted Grace. She died seven days later,” the grieving father told Merritt. “It’s hard to grasp because they did everything in their power to take her out.” (Related: Grieving father reveals how hospital COVID protocols led to maltreatment and death of his disabled daughter.)
The hospital was insistent on putting Grace on a ventilator, which the family adamantly declined. They would later find out that the doctor in charge of her had illegally put a Do Not Resuscitate order on her. Moreover, the hospital had increased the dose of medications to sedate Grace – with the lethal combination of Precedex, lorazepam and morphine eventually killing her.
It was only after going through Grace’s records after her death that Scott realized that she was murdered. This, he told the Medical Rebel, opened his mind to what was really going on.
Merritt noted that Scott has a strong legal case because the COVID-19 protocols that killed his daughter were unethical in the medical system. She also expressed surprise that those who are in the corrupt medical system think they can get away with it after changes in the legal system.
“The fear of COVID-19 being spread by the media has the population convinced to be afraid of [the SARS-CoV-2] virus. This fear causes people to not challenge the hospital policies preventing advocates, family members and caregivers in the room with COVID-19 patients,” the family’s tribute website to Grace pointed out.
“As [the Schara] family studied what happened with Grace, they have become aware of thousands of similar cases where advocates attempted to push back. But the hospitals proceeded with their agendas instead. It is hard to believe this is really happening here, in America.”
Scott remarked that the legal system has indeed been changed, with the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness (PREP) Act being put in place to give hospitals and doctors immunity from liability from fake COVID diagnoses. Alongside state laws that have been in place for decades, provisions in the PREP Act – signed into law by former President George W. Bush – favor the doctors.
He compared their case against the Ascension hospital system – the second-largest nonprofit system and the largest Catholic system in the U.S. – as a “David versus Goliath” scenario. The system has $30 billion in cash reserves and has received $10 billion in government and bonus payments in the first year of the COVID-19 pandemic alone. In contrast, the Scharas are using their own money to fund the suit as no law firm would take the kind of case they have.
“That’s who we’re up against. So just think through that David versus Goliath story, just as a starting point,” he told Merritt. “In the best-case scenario, the most that we can receive in Grace’s case is $750,000
