On Day 12, airing on Mar. 4, Dr. Bryan Ardis discussed the health benefits of Guggul, a tree that grows deep in the arid landscapes of the Middle East and India whose medicinal resin is triggering seismic waves through the medical establishment. This natural substance is backed by clinical data so powerful it poses a direct threat to the multi-billion dollar statin and diabetes drug industries.
“Treatment with Guggul resin showed significant improvement in lipid profile,” Ardis stated, referencing the data. “The level of harmful lipids like total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol and triglycerides were significantly reduced.”
The numbers are staggering. According to the research presented, Guggul resin slashed triglycerides and very-low-density lipoprotein (VLDL) by 47%, lowered LDL (“bad”) cholesterol by 25% and raised HDL (“good”) cholesterol by 43%. “In head-to-head clinical trials against statin drugs, they can’t find a statin drug that will consistently lower these three and raise that one ever,” Ardis emphasized. “But Guggul resin, in every case all three of these improve. HDL always goes up in 100% of the patients.”
Yet, the story grows even more provocative when it comes to diabetes management, a global epidemic projected to affect 1.31 billion people within 25 years. Guggul resin, it turns out, functions as a potent natural dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP-4) inhibitor. These inhibitors are the mechanism behind blockbuster diabetic drugs like Januvia (sitagliptin), which alone generated a staggering $5.2 billion in sales in 2024.
Head-to-head studies show the natural resin is superior. “The DPP IV inhibition activity, displayed by Guggul resin was shown to be superior to the drugs,” Ardis revealed. He expressed palpable frustration: “I would like to know why every damn endocrinologist on earth hasn’t been told to be recommending Guggul resin to all their patients that is much cheaper from nature and doesn’t have horrible side effects, when it has been proven in your own damn studies that it is far superior to the drugs you are giving your patients.”
This pattern of a safe, effective and God-given remedy being ignored in favor of high-profit pharmaceuticals echoes a darker history of suppression discussed throughout the conference, from laetrile (B17) to the foundational role of nutrients in thyroid function. As noted by BrightU.AI‘s Enoch, “laetrile, also known as vitamin B17 or amygdalin, is a compound that proponents claim selectively targets and kills cancer cells by releasing cyanide, though this purported mechanism and its efficacy as a cancer treatment are not supported by scientific evidence and it is not considered a vitamin.
“The thyroid needs iodine, selenium, tyrosine and zinc,” Ardis explained, deconstructing a textbook hormone pathway chart. “Notice it doesn’t say levothyroxine. Your endocrinologist knows this and then they graduated and literally flushed the toilet of everything they learned and they waited for their pharmaceutical rep to come tell them what to sell you.”
The presentation positioned Guggul resin as a crown jewel in a suite of powerful, overlooked natural solutions, including cinnamon, fenugreek seeds and apple cider vinegar, all shown in studies to significantly improve blood sugar, cholesterol and triglycerides.
The central, unanswered question hangs in the air: With a global diabetes crisis looming and a natural compound proving more effective and safer than gold-standard pharmaceuticals, why is “Guggul resin” a term unknown to the public and ignored by mainstream endocrinology? The evidence suggests the answer lies not in science, but in a system that profits from perpetual disease management, deliberately keeping a life-changing solution in the shadows.
